Payment & Fee Policy

KasiKonnekt charges no fees for registration, job posting, browsing, or connecting with workers or hirers. The only transaction on the platform is when a Hirer pays a Worker for a completed job. KasiKonnekt charges a 5% platform fee on this transaction only, deducted from the gross amount before the Worker receives payment.

Creating a Worker profile and being browsed is free, forever. We never charge Workers a registration or subscription fee.

Hirers can post unlimited jobs at no cost.

Hirers can view a Worker's contact details for free. There is no unlock fee, no per-contact charge, and no subscription.

When a Hirer pays a Worker through the app, KasiKonnekt deducts a 5% platform fee from the gross amount. The Worker receives 95%. The fee covers payment processing, dispute support, and platform operation.

Funds paid in-app are held for 48 hours after job completion. Either party may flag a dispute during this window. After 48 hours with no dispute, funds are released to the Worker automatically.

Workers are independent contractors and are responsible for their own income tax and VAT (where applicable). KasiKonnekt issues a yearly statement of in-app earnings on request.

We will notify all users at least 30 days before changing any fee.
